Job Description As a Security Officer - Financial Dispatch Full-Time in Los Angeles, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will play a vital role in supporting security-related operations. You will monitor alarm panels, manage access control systems, and communicate important information to team members and visitors. What You'll Do Monitor communications and coordinate responses to incidents and/or emergencies within the location, helping to facilitate efficient information flow. Operate dispatch equipment and systems to communicate with security-related personnel and respond to requests for assistance. Assist in the management of access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points remotely. Document and report incidents, activities, and any unusual occurrences as per site-specific policies. Provide customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and employees with inquiries and directions as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established security-related procedures. Support regular and random patrols by coordinating with on-site personnel and relaying important information. Minimum Requirements Must be able to speak, read, and write fluent Spanish. Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
