You will facilitate the Scrum process, ensuring that the team follows Agile principles and practices. You will help manage sprint planning, guide daily stand-ups, track progress, and support continuous improvement by fostering collaboration between team members and stakeholders. Pay starting from $100k Benefits: • 401k • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Flexible schedule • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Life insurance • Paid time off • Referral program • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Responsibilities: • Document requirements and specifications, and review documentation from other teams and vendors • Collaborate with mission teams to connect with potential customers within the DoD, identifying and assessing prospective projects • Analyze and synthesize the requirements behind feature requests, suggest alternative technical and business approaches, and coordinate engineering efforts to meet tight deadlines. • Provide subject matter expertise to guide iterative agile development addressing evolving project requirements and solutions. Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree plus 5-7 years experience, or a Masters Degree plus 3 years of experience. • Experience with Agile software development methods and tools. • Ability to synthesize requirements from feature requests, decompose them into user stories, and group them into logically consistent epics. • Ability to track and report team utilization and velocity. • Strong communication skills. It will be required to engage fellow CDAO members and DoD cross-organizational colleagues inside and outside of the team. • Active Top Secret SCI clearance.
