Overview We are designing the grid of the future! The Salesforce Admin will be a vital member of our team, responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into Salesforce. This role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with a high level of accuracy, as well as the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. The ideal candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work well with all levels of the organization, be detail-oriented, and be proficient in desktop publishing, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. Responsibilities How you can make an impact: • Accurately inputting a variety of data into Salesforce, ensuring that all information is entered with precision. • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data in Salesforce through thorough verification processes. • Conducting regular checks within Salesforce to identify and correct errors, discrepancies, or missing information. • Implement effective quality control measures to prevent data inaccuracies and maintain a high standard of data integrity. • Managing and updating existing records in Salesforce to reflect the most current information. • Meeting established deadlines and productivity targets within the Salesforce platform while maintaining accuracy. • Effectively prioritizing tasks and managing time to meet project deadlines and contribute to overall team efficiency. • Generate comprehensive reports on Salesforce to provide insights into sales performance, trends, and key metrics, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for informed decision-making. • Oversee and manage product modules on Salesforce, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of source information, while proactively identifying and implementing enhancements to optimize data quality and support efficient business processes. • Collaborating with team members to address any Salesforce-related issues and providing support as needed. • Handling sensitive and confidential information within Salesforce with the utmost discretion and maintaining data security protocols. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients. Qualifications Bring your passion, here's what’s needed: • High school diploma or equivalent. Additional relevant certifications or coursework in data management, especially within Salesforce, is a plus. • Previous experience in data entry or a related field is preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce is highly desirable, but training will be provided. • Proficient in using data entry software, spreadsheet applications, and Salesforce. Familiarity with databases is a plus. • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and error-free work. • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively within Salesforce. • Effective written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with team members. • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality. • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). • Some knowledge of Salesforce, Canva, and proposal automation tools. • Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly with respect to explaining technical matters. • Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills. • Capable of managing multiple tasks, with some skills in prioritizing and triaging obligations. • Must be able to work well under pressure, particularly when facing a deadline. • Flexible with the ability to manage change, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
