Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, building relationships with decision-makers (including CEOs), and driving revenue growth through consultative selling. This is a high-ticket, B2B sales role focused on long-term pipeline development rather than quick transactional wins. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound outreach to prospective clients in markets such as New York and Chicago Engage in consultative conversations with senior executives and handle objections confidently Build and manage a sales pipeline with a focus on long-term relationship development Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress using CRM tools Participate in ongoing training and development sessions Work Schedule Monday - Friday 9AM - 7PM EST Requirements Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience Background in financial services, recruitment, or similar industries is preferred Strong communication skills with a neutral or minimal accent Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain resilience in high-pressure environments Comfortable speaking with C-level executives and navigating complex sales cycles Self-motivated, mature, and capable of working independently in a remote setting Benefits Competitive base salary 15% commission on margin generated per day or month for the first 12 months or until the client leaves, whichever comes first Opportunities for growth and career development within the company About the company Staff4Me is a leading provider of comprehensive back-office support services, empowering businesses to thrive in today’s dynamic market.
