Estimator Job Summary The Estimator plays a pivotal role, ensuring the delivery of accurate, competitive building quotes that align with company standards. This position supports sales efforts and collaborates closely with District Sales Managers and Project Managers across commercial, heavy industrial, conventional and hybrid projects. Review bid specifications and architectural drawings to fully understand project requirements. Work alongside District Sales Managers and Project Managers to provide the necessary technical and pricing support to secure projects. Compile and present detailed quotes and contract forms, clearly outlining the scope of work, exclusions, and qualifications. Engage in design reviews, cost assessments, and scope evaluations to ensure alignment with project goals and company standards. Obtain and evaluate buy‑outs from subcontractors and vendors, ensuring all aspects of the project are covered. Full‑time position with competitive compensation and benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off. High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred. Previous experience in the Metal Building Industry is required. Meticulous in reviewing and interpreting project documents. Experience with Metal Building Software (MBS) is required.
