As a Sales Development Representative, you will generate new business opportunities by sourcing high-quality prospects through collaboration with the Sales and Marketing team. Responsibilities Qualifying and generating leads through outbound and inbound outreach activities, including cold calling Articulating the Relyance AI value proposition to decision makers to generate product interest Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics Keeping up with product, service information, and updates, and generating updated scripts for prospecting motions and objection handling Partnering with our AE’s to collaborate on pipeline generation efforts Keeping Salesforce leads and contacts updated and current Following approved practices for outreach to prospective customers Skills Experience as an SDR in the SaaS industry (new graduates also welcome) Experience generating sales opportunities with enterprise prospects Gritty, self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently Have excellent verbal, listening, and written communication skills Analytical and decision-making skills BA/BS degree Experience in the security or privacy space Startup experience Familiarity with tools such as Nooks, Gong, Salesforce, LinkedIn Benefits Health insurance coverage Competitive salary Stock options Flexible time off And more Company Overview AI workforce for data security makes every data journey visible, controlled, and compliant It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in San Francisco, California, USA, with a workforce of 51-200 employees.
