Ruby on Rails Developer - Remote

Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby. • Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions. • Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing and troubleshooting to ensure quality and performance. • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends. Requirements: • 6+ years of software development experience • Advanced knowledge and extensive background working with Ruby on Rails • Solid proficiency with databases (SQL, Redis) • Skilled in managing systems that serve numerous users simultaneously and require complex data handling • Experience building and maintaining large-scale applications • Advanced English level (B2 or higher) • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field This is a fully remote position open to candidates across Latin America.
