What You'll Do as a Retail Stocker - Non Remote As a Retail Stocker - Non Remote, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for: Safely transporting products between the backroom and display floor Filling, merchandising, and rotating products on displays and shelves according to company standards Arriving on time at all customer locations to perform merchandising duties Operating manual and powered handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand-trucks Maintaining and organizing company stock as needed Ensuring a neat appearance of all company equipment and products in assigned accounts Managing trade breakage and maintaining a clean and organized backroom Monitoring competitor products, sales, and marketing activities Transporting, replacing, and maintaining Point of Sale advertising as needed Fostering relationships with account personnel and providing superior customer service Performing required vehicle checks and maintaining a safe working environment Maintaining professional, team relationships with co-workers and customers Key Responsibilities As a Retail Stocker - Non Remote, your primary responsibilities will include: Merchandising and stocking products at designated accounts Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with customers Maintaining a safe and organized work environment Operating company equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently Communicating effectively with customers, co-workers, and management Essential Qualifications To be successful as a Retail Stocker - Non Remote, you will need: A high school diploma or GED 1-3 years of general work experience, preferably in a retail or customer service environment Prior experience in the grocery store or consumer products industry a plus Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision A valid driver's license and a motor vehicle driving history that meets company guidelines Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Previous experience in merchandising or sales Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, and reach above head height Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Excellent customer service skills Adaptability and the ability to adapt to change in the workplace Business acumen and the ability to grasp and understand business concepts and issues Effective communication skills, both verbal and written Decision-making skills and the ability to make critical decisions while following company practices Enthusiasm and energy in your daily work Sound judgment and the ability to make timely decisions Planning and organizing skills, with the ability to prioritize and plan work activities Reliability and regular attendance A commitment to quality management and safety Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Coca-Cola Bottling Company High Country, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
