Today, the Company owns and operates approximately 10 M square feet across 18 states. Position The Retail Property Marketing Manager supports the development and implementation of advertising and marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and sales, leveraging market research and insights into the mall’s customer base. Using creative, multi‑channel marketing techniques, they manage events, advertising campaigns, promotions, activations, sponsorships, and other initiatives. Location This candidate will join our team remotely from the Philippines and will work during US Pacific business hours. Responsibilities Marketing & Events Support • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events for retail properties. • Coordinate on‑property activations to engage customers and increase foot traffic. • Create marketing profiles, competitive checks and conduct post‑event analysis to ensure that marketing goals are achieved. • Assist existing tenants in developing marketing programs to promote their brand. Pop‑Up & Short‑Term Leasing Support • Research and identify trending brands and pop‑up concepts to enhance tenant mix. • Assist with sourcing and onboarding of short‑term tenants and seasonal event purveyors. Digital & Social Media Engagement • Develop creative ideas for digital content to promote retail properties and tenants. • Create and curate engaging content for digital platforms. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred. • 10+ years of experience in retail marketing and social media management, preferably with leasing experience. • Experience in leading the marketing team of a large mall. • Experience working with a top‑tier retail real estate company in the Philippines is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. • Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written skills. • Strong desire to succeed and ability to work effectively with minimal oversight, while functioning in a team environment. • Ability to generate high quality, error‑free work product for internal and external distribution on tight deadlines with minimal oversight. • A “Team Player” mentality, with a passion for brainstorming, problem solving, and independent thinking. • Passion for commercial real estate and desire to grow with an exceptional team.
