[Remote] Senior Information Security Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ZON Multimédia is seeking a Senior Information Security Project Manager to oversee multiple work streams related to enhancing information security services. The role involves managing project teams, maintaining project schedules, identifying risks, and ensuring successful project implementation in a complex environment. Responsibilities • Manage multiple work streams and integrated roadmaps supporting technologies initiatives related to improving information security services and security posture. • Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, fostering a collaborative, high performance environment, and resolving team conflicts effectively. • Create, coordinate, and/or maintain project schedule to remediate activities defined by client. • Actively own the plan and keep the project timeline, tasks, dependencies, and deliverables on track to ensure coordination between the activities in the plan, and the individuals and groups identified to support all aspects of effort across the enterprise. • Make necessary adjustments throughout the project life cycle and communicate to the project team, sponsor, and client accordingly. • Actively identify risks and impediments to implementation activities so that impacts to the project's timeline, and/or quality are mitigated and/or minimized. • Escalate appropriately to the project sponsor. • Work to ensure projects are successfully implemented while taking into consideration a complex customized environment, constant resource constraints, accelerated timelines, and/or re-prioritization of projects. • Establish and maintain clear, consistent communication channels. Prepare and present executive-level status reports, demonstrating strategic insight into project health, risks, and budgetary status. • Ensure product backlogs are maintained in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) repository. • Ensure all project related artifacts and remediation evidence if applicable is stored in ADO or relevant repository. Skills • Previous experience with Agile Methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively cross-functionally • Ability to influence and build consensus across disparate groups • Ability to work well under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines • Strong attention to detail and personal work ethic • Prior consulting experience is strongly desired • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio); experience with Azure DevOps required. • A consulting mindset with the ability to quickly assess an unfamiliar environment, identify improvement levers, and structure an actionable plan • Clear, structured communication style, both in facilitation and in deliverable development • Ability to balance structure and flexibility in fast-moving transformation environments • Positive, team-first attitude with the ability to build trust quickly across stakeholders Company Overview • A ZON foi a primeira empresa de Pay TV em Portugal, surgindo com a designação de TV Cabo, em 1993.
