The role involves speaking with clients who have requested information, identifying their needs, and guiding them through the application process. Responsibilities Speak with clients who already requested insurance information (no cold calling) Identify their needs and recommend life, health, or retirement coverage Hold phone/video appointments and guide clients through applications Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure policy placement Skills Strong communication skills and a self-motivated attitude Professional, reliable, and coachable Internet access and a suitable remote workspace Ability to work as a 1099 contractor and obtain a state insurance license (we help) Benefits Warm leads — no cold calling.
