[Remote] Remote Healthcare Billing Representative

They are seeking a Remote Healthcare Billing Representative to work as part of a billing team, ensuring accurate claims submission and addressing rejections in a timely manner. Responsibilities • Work as part of a billing team to submit accurate, clean claims to payers through the client billing system. • Address clearinghouse and front-end rejections within a 24-hour turnaround time. • Route claims to appropriate departments when client or IKS input is required. • Ensure billing actions are resolution-focused and completed within agreed turnaround times. • Collaborate with teammates and leadership to meet productivity and quality targets. Skills • Must have Florida and Texas Medicaid experience. • Basic proficiency in G Suite & Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word). • Strong typing speed and accuracy. • Comfort with computer-based systems and multitasking across applications. • Resolution focus and problem-solving mindset. • Attention to detail and accountability. • Teamwork and clear communication. • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. • Prior experience in Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or Claims Processing(1-2 years). Education Requirements • High School Diploma or GED. • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
