[Remote] Outbound Sales Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Outbound Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through proactive outbound sales and partnerships with brands. Responsibilities Own the full outbound sales cycle : prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing Identify and engage high-value prospects across: Real estate sponsors Investment managers Lenders PropTech platforms Professional services firms Prospect via web research, email, LinkedIn, Apollo, and events Build and manage a robust outbound pipeline Clearly articulate CRE Daily’s value proposition and audience differentiation Develop custom sponsorship and media packages tailored to client goals Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and operations teams on campaign execution Manage all sales activity in HubSpot (or CRM) Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Represent CRE Daily at conferences, industry events, and client meetings Maintain strong relationships with repeat and long-term partners Skills A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, media planning or buying, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the commercial real estate industry, including owners, developers, investors, lenders, brokers, and PropTech firms Strong written and verbal communication Confident pitching and presentation skills Negotiation and closing ability Self-starter mentality Strong follow-up discipline Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment Benefits Uncapped commission structure Performance-based bonuses Generous PTO policy to use as you please, plus sick time, parental leave, and company holidays.
