They are seeking an Order Entry Specialist to provide customer services related to sales, promotions, and communications while ensuring customer claims and complaints are resolved effectively. Responsibilities • Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications • Ensures that good customer relations are maintained and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws • Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers • Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys Skills • Minimum of 2 or more years' experience in customer service or order entry • Knowledge acquired through experience, specialized education or training • Ability to maintain good customer relations • Skills to resolve customer claims and complaints fairly and effectively • Understanding of consumer laws • Ability to develop organization-wide initiatives to inform and educate customers • Capability to develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys • Basic understanding of work routines and procedures in own discipline • Ability to work within well-defined procedures that may involve a variety of work routines Company Overview • Dexian provides services for staffing, talent development, and consulting, with a focus on technology, finance, and project management.
