Corporate Systems Associates, Inc. is seeking a Junior Data Engineer to support senior management and technical teams by gathering data requirements and implementing data-driven solutions. The role involves designing, automating, and maintaining enterprise-scale ETL processes, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to improve data manipulation and analysis strategies. Responsibilities • Support senior management and technical teams by gathering data requirements and implementing data-driven solutions. • Assist in designing, automating, and maintaining enterprise-scale ETL processes. • Modify and test existing databases, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accuracy in database systems. • Write logical and physical database descriptions, supporting documentation, and simple scripts. • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve data manipulation, storage, and analysis strategies. Skills • 0–2 years of experience in data engineering, ETL development, or database-related work. • Entry-level proficiency in SQL (writing queries, joins, stored procedures) and Python (basic scripting for automation or data processing). • Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL). • Understanding of ETL concepts and data pipelines. • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
