[Remote] Game UI Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Aviary Productions is a collective of game developers and students focused on creating a high-quality portfolio game using Unreal Engine 5. They are seeking a game UI designer to create high-quality UI work while collaborating with fellow programmers and enhancing their skills in a part-time, unpaid position. Responsibilities • You will receive tasks every 1-2 weeks to create high-quality UI work • You will work alongside fellow programmers, report and communicate consistently to and check in with the Code Lead, and collaborate with other departments • Learn industry-standard skills and build your portfolio Skills • Enjoyment and ambition in game development and coding • Have some knowledge of Unreal Engine • Willing to spend 15 hours a week to work on, check in about, and complete the task that was given to you! • Willing to learn, improve your skills, and implement feedback • Able to effectively communicate with the team Company Overview • Aviary Productions is an independent studio supported by a dedicated group of part-time volunteer contributors who are committed to building our bird-centered video game inspired by the Dead Space and Metro franchises.
