Job Summary Wipro is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Remote Customer Support Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support through various communication channels. Your primary goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless customer experience.
