They are seeking a Case Filing Specialist to administer new case intake, ensure compliance, and maintain accurate records in the case management system while upholding the neutrality of the arbitration process. Responsibilities Administer new case intake with precision, ensuring compliance and maintaining accurate records in our case management system Apply your knowledge of NYS regulations 68 and 35D while handling correspondence and inquiries with confidentiality and neutrality Demands meticulous documentation, reliable attendance, and the ability to maintain professional relationships while preserving the essential neutrality of the arbitration process Skills Associate's Degree in business or related discipline, or an equivalent mix of education and experience 0-2 years of relevant experience (e.g., customer service, medical/liability insurance, case administration, or legal environment) Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document review, and record-keeping Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based case management systems Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, attorneys, arbitrators, mediators, and colleagues Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information Ability to attend on-site trainings and meetings Benefits Performance incentives Medical, dental, orthodontia, and vision coverage A student loan repayment program A 403(b) retirement plan with substantial company match Discounted pet insurance Generous paid time off Company Overview AAA offers ADR services and products to enterprises of all sizes and industries.
