Responsibilities • Engage with clients to analyze business processes • Provide tailored CRM solutions • Support system implementations and integrations • Identify client requirements • Configure CRM systems • Offer advice and recommendations • Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction Skills • Experience with nonprofit CRM software required • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data to provide actionable insights • Experience in understanding and optimizing Business Processes • Proven experience in consulting with a focus on developing client relationships and delivering effective solutions • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Blackbaud CRM or Raiser's Edge experience preferred • Experience in the nonprofit industry a plus Company Overview • BrightVine Solutions provides software development consulting and advisory services for nonprofit organizations.
