[Remote] Billing Auditor (Administrative)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sparus Holdings is seeking a Remote Part-Time Billing Auditor to review and analyze billing records for accuracy and compliance. The role involves identifying discrepancies, resolving billing issues, and maintaining detailed audit reports while communicating findings with Field Managers and Technicians. Responsibilities • Create and prepare Excel spreadsheets to track audit findings • Understand work order process requirements and be able to flag work orders that are closed as non-compliant to company and state policies • Review job site photos • Perform daily and weekly audits according to the company's billing policies and procedures • Communicate with Field Managers and Technicians on audit findings.
