[Remote] Advanced Growth Insights & AI Analyst, Data and Analytics

Void Consulting Services & Solutions (P) Ltd is seeking an Advanced Growth Insights & AI Analyst to leverage analytics and AI tools to uncover growth opportunities. The role involves building AI-driven dashboards, supporting machine learning deployment, and enhancing data infrastructure to promote data literacy and provide insights for leadership decision-making. Responsibilities • Identify Growth Opportunities: Use analytics, predictive modeling, and GenAI tools to uncover actionable insights • Build AI-Driven Dashboards: Develop dynamic dashboards with foresight and prescriptive recommendations • Support ML Deployment: Help implement and monitor models for sales recommendations, churn prediction, and forecasting • Enable Agentic AI: Assist in creating and testing AI-driven workflows across platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua, and Oracle Cloud • Strengthen Data Infrastructure: Partner with Data Engineering to ensure scalable pipelines for AI-native analytics • Promote Data Literacy: Maintain the data catalog and support self-service analytics initiatives • Provide Executive Insights: Deliver clear visualizations and summaries for leadership decision-making Skills • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics • 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, BI, or Data Science • Proficient in Python or R, and SQL • Highly experienced with Power BI and Tableau • Familiarity with Generative AI and Machine Learning tools • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills • Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities • US based candidates with valid VISA Company Overview • Void solutions, a fast-growing company is transforming the way business works seamlessly.
