Summary Gainwell Technologies is hiring a Provider Enrollment Operations Supervisor to lead a remote team supportingprovider enrollment and healthcare operations. You’ll ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), guide day-to-day operations, and elevate the provider and customer experience. Your role in our mission Supervise provider enrollment transactions to maintain accuracy, data integrity, and SLA compliance. Mentor and assist enrollment agents in resolving complex processing inquiries. Monitor service levels and escalate issues to management to minimize risk. Review and submit client reports on a daily and weekly basis. Support the manager in training, coaching, and daily operational oversight. What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, ideally in business management. 6+ years of customer service experience, with 3–5 years in provider enrollment or healthcare operations. At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively.
