Key Responsibilities Set up and operate cell manufacturing and test equipment to produce final products Inspect parts as needed to ensure product quality Perform standard work and use process control methods to complete the manufacturing process Conduct routine preventative maintenance on tools and equipment Read and interpret process documents, follow detailed procedures, and maintain applicable records Assist in training new associates on standard processes within manufacturing, changeovers, and inspection Communicate cell production issues to the Production Team Leader and/or other team members Interface with purchasing, engineering, and customer service as needed to deliver products that meet customer expectations Willingness to work in various capacities, including molding, machine operating, assembly, potting, washing, painting, inspecting, and other duties as assigned Essential Qualifications Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED preferred Previous industrial assembly background preferred but not required Verifiable and solid work history required Knowledge of gauging processes is a plus Skills and Competencies Problem-solver with attention to detail Ability to work independently and as a team member Excellent verbal and written communication skills Cooperative and team-oriented Reliable and dependable Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
