Product Lead, Crypto
Job Description: • Own the product vision and roadmap for wallet infrastructure, crypto rails, and remittance flows. • Partner with engineering to define transaction architecture—on-chain, off-chain, or hybrid. • Evaluate where to abstract blockchain complexity, balancing user simplicity with transparency. • Shape our wallet architecture, including balance models, custody approach, and ledger design. • Partner with design on core wallet UX—funding, transfers, and transaction visibility. • Align strategy across product, rewards, AI, and infra teams to deliver a unified experience. Requirements: • 10+ years of product experience with deep domain expertise in crypto or payment infrastructure. • Strong technical fluency across the crypto stack: ledgers, custody, stablecoins, liquidity, and L2 scaling. • Proven record shipping 0→1 infrastructure or financial products at scale. • Ability to clearly articulate tradeoffs among speed, security, compliance, and cost. • Strategic judgment on when to build foundational systems versus visible product features. • Drive and proactivity – everyone here is a builder and executor.
