Key Responsibilities And Job Elements Support, mentor, and motivate others Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises Collaborate with all support teams including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives For This Role, You Will Need To Be At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States Able to work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Able to lift 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, as well as continuously climb and descend stairs Work in an environment where the noise level varies and is subject to variable temperatures and weather (delivery stations include outside loading departments, and grocery locations include refrigerated environments) Basic Qualifications 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience High school or equivalent Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others 1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/retail) Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. The Colorado base pay for this position ranges from $47,840/year up to $52,000/year. The National base pay for this position ranges from $46,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $57,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
