PPC Specialist – Google, Bing & Amazon

About My Spa Cover My Spa Cover, headquartered in Corona, CA, is a leading e-commerce provider of custom spa and hot tub covers. With strong Amazon performance and a major presence across Google and Bing, we operate at significant digital scale and invest heavily in paid media. As our online presence continues to grow, we are hiring a Paid Search Specialist to help optimize and expand our digital performance. Role Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Paid Search Specialist with 3–5 years of proven performance in e-commerce PPC management. This role involves managing approximately $100,000 per month in paid media spend across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CM360. The ideal candidate will excel at optimizing for CPA, understanding seasonal demand trends, and contributing to long-term brand growth. Responsibilities - Manage and optimize paid search and paid social campaigns across major platforms. - Oversee ~$100k monthly PPC budget with strong pacing and accuracy. - Adjust bidding and budgeting strategies according to seasonal demand. - Optimize toward CPA and ROAS targets to support e-commerce growth. - Collaborate with Data Engineering for clean reporting and attribution. - Prepare and present monthly performance reports to the CEO and leadership team. - Support SEO initiatives and assist with website and landing page optimization. - Build dashboards and automated reports in Looker Studio. Qualifications - 3–5 years of hands-on PPC experience (e-commerce preferred). - Experience managing budgets of $50k–$100k+ per month. - Expertise in Google Ads, CM360, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. - Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data cleanup). - Experience with Looker Studio or similar BI tools. - Strong communication skills and ability to present to executives. - Understanding of SEO fundamentals and landing page optimization.
