## Your Responsibilities Own the onboarding experience – Guide new hires through a seamless transition, coordinate onboarding programs, and ensure a smooth start at Polygon. Manage employment contracts – Oversee the contract process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. Keep HR operations running smoothly – Maintain and update our HRIS, manage Jira tickets, and continually refine processes for optimal efficiency. Create and refine key People resources – Develop and maintain employee handbooks, policies, onboarding materials, and a well-organized digital filing system for employee records. Drive HR programs and improvements – Collaborate on initiatives across onboarding, offboarding, performance management, DEI, employee engagement, and retention. ## What You'll Need 2+ years of experience in People Operations or Human Resources. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong documentation skills – You know how to simplify complex processes into clear, actionable resources. Experience with HRIS systems and a knack for keeping records organized. Exceptional organizational and process management abilities – You thrive in structured environments and can build efficient workflows. Proven relationship-building skills across diverse teams. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). Self-motivated and adaptable – You work well independently and can navigate change with ease.
