About the position The People Officer at Integrated Care 24 Ltd (IC24) plays a crucial role in supporting employee relations and providing HR guidance within a healthcare setting. This position is designed for individuals who are proactive, organized, and detail-oriented, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. The role involves advising colleagues and managers on employee relations matters and delivering tailored training, making it ideal for those looking to advance their HR careers. Responsibilities • Advise colleagues and managers on a range of employee relations matters. • Deliver tailored training for managers on HR practices. • Build strong partnerships at all levels within the organization. • Utilize knowledge of employment law to guide HR decisions. • Support the implementation of HR systems and processes. Requirements • Previous HR experience, preferably within healthcare. • Knowledge of employment law and good practices in employee relations. • At least an Associate Member of the CIPD or working towards this level. • Strong organizational and proactive skills. • Ability to build strong partnerships at all levels. Nice-to-haves • Experience in delivering training programs for managers. • Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
