Some of the perks you can expect include: * Tuition reimbursement to support your education and career development * Access to our on-site gym, Club Blue, to promote exercise and wellness * Healthy eating options at our on-site cafeteria, Green Leaf Grill * Incentives for wellness education and exercise to support your overall health and well-being * A family-friendly atmosphere where employees support and care for one another * Opportunities to give back to our community through volunteer work and fundraising events **Responsibilities** As a Part-Time Customer Service Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Providing administrative support, including handling incoming faxes, reporting, maintaining databases, member correspondences, and maintaining inventory supplies and marketing materials * Assisting customers with basic inquiries and needs, such as processing payments, taking messages, and directing calls * Logging service inquiries and documenting relevant information * Scheduling sales and service appointments for retail team members * Conducting initial research on service inquiries and forwarding for appropriate handling * Making deliveries to postal services * Performing other duties as assigned **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A high school diploma or equivalent * At least one year of customer service experience, including dealing with customers via telephone and in-person * Experience performing supportive functions in a customer-oriented environment * Proficiency in general computer operations, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel * Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task * Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record **Security Requirements** This position is identified as level three (3) and requires the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained. You'll be expected to adhere to the segregation of duties guidelines in the Administrative Manual to ensure errors or irregularities are prevented or detected on a timely basis. **Work Environment** This is a part-time, fully onsite role based in our Fayetteville, Arkansas location.
