Organizational Development Consultant
About the position The Organizational Development Consultant at Gundersen Health System plays a crucial role in enhancing leadership capabilities within the organization. This position focuses on designing and implementing leadership programs and training initiatives that empower leaders to foster collaboration, improve team performance, and drive positive patient outcomes. The consultant will work closely with executive and department leaders to develop a leadership framework that aligns with the hospital's mission and vision. Responsibilities • Partner with leaders across the organization to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions. • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and leadership development initiatives. • Facilitate engaging learning sessions and training programs. Requirements • Masters degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. • 3+ years of people leadership/supervisory experience. • Demonstrated examples of successful team leadership, including experience in coaching and fostering team engagement. • 3-4 years' experience in HR, Organizational Development, training and development, or related fields. • Prior adult learning experience preferred. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Proficiency in project management and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once. • Passion for fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
