This candidate will process and review customer orders for accuracy and contract compliance and enter information into their systems to ensure timely processing, shipping, and delivery. They will address customer concerns regarding delays or damages and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams to complete any necessary documentation. The Order Processing Specialist should be very comfortable with excel, utilizing filters and creating pivot tables/vlookups. The candidate may need to resolve invoicing issues and should have great customer service/communication skills. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
