Online (Airbnb) Property Manager
Location: Home based - Europe, USA, Canada, Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Uruguay, or Mexico. Employment Type: Full-time or Part-time Salary: Full-time: Starting from £3,200/month (8 hours/day, 5 days/week) Part-time: Starting from £1,600/month (4 hours/day, 5 days/week) About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Property Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing property listings across platforms such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. You’ll ensure our clients’ properties are accurately presented, fully optimized, and consistently deliver an excellent experience for guests — all while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Create, update, and manage property listings on various rental platforms. Review property details and correct any errors or inconsistencies. Optimize listings with compelling descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality presentation. Manage booking calendars and availability to maximize occupancy. Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate booking details and forward reservation information to the relevant team members. Maintain a high booking acceptance rate by proactively communicating with potential guests. What We’re Looking For Previous experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, or a similar remote role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of online platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, or VRBO. *Airbnb guest account is essential. Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment. Familiarity with social media or online marketing is a plus.
