On-Call Ticket Support

Alaska Air Group is seeking a dedicated On-Call Ticket Support specialist to join our remote customer service team. In this fully remote position, you will serve as a critical point of contact for our customers, resolving ticketing issues and ensuring seamless travel experiences across our network. As an On-Call Ticket Support team member, you will respond to customer inquiries regarding flight reservations, ticket modifications, refunds, and general booking assistance. You will work with our reservation systems to process changes, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide accurate information about fares, policies, and travel options. This role requires flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs and customer demand. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, along with strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. You should be comfortable navigating multiple software systems simultaneously and have the technical aptitude to quickly learn our proprietary booking platforms. Previous experience in customer service, airline operations, or call center environments is highly valued. You must have a reliable home internet connection, a quiet workspace, and the ability to work independently while maintaining team collaboration through virtual channels.
