Nurse Practitioner (NP/FNP) – Telemedicine | Men's Hormone Optimization & TRT

About Us At Matrix Hormones, we help men feel like themselves again. We’re a fast-growing telemedicine practice focused on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and hormone optimization, with a growing national footprint and a mission to deliver personalized, life-changing care. Our core focus is men’s health—from low testosterone to metabolic concerns and performance—but we occasionally see female patients for BHRT. We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced, and confident Nurse Practitioner to join our care team. What You'll Be Doing • Conduct virtual consultations with male patients experiencing symptoms of low testosterone, metabolic dysfunction, and other hormonal concerns • Create and manage individualized treatment plans focused on testosterone optimization, HRT, and peptides • Monitor labs, patient progress, and make timely adjustments to care plans • Prescribe and manage hormone therapy (primarily testosterone), ensuring safe and compliant protocols • Educate and empower patients on treatment options, expectations, and lifestyle changes • Occasionally handle BHRT consults for women (minimal) • Stay current on evolving best practices in men’s health and telemedicine What We're Looking For • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP or FNP) with active and unrestricted state licensure (multi-state licensure preferred) • 2+ years of experience in men’s health, hormone replacement therapy, urology, or endocrinology • Hands-on experience with TRT, metabolic health, and prescribing Schedule III medications (testosterone) • DEA license in good standing • Comfortable working in a fully virtual, fast-paced environment • Strong EHR skills and confident with video consults (or eager to learn) • A genuine passion for men’s health and helping patients feel their best • Available to start soon and work Monday–Friday during business hours Why Join Matrix Hormones • 100% remote – work from anywhere • Supportive clinical and administrative team • Nationwide patient base • Ongoing clinical education and mentorship in cutting-edge TRT and peptides • Competitive compensation • Work-life balance in a mission-driven culture How to Apply Send your resume and a brief cover letter to: [email protected] Tell us why men’s health matters to you and what makes you a great fit for a modern, telemedicine-forward practice like ours.
