Employer Industry: Community Health Services Why consider this job opportunity: - Salary up to £77,094 per annum - Flexible working options to support work-life balance - Generous NHS pension scheme - Excellent learning and career development opportunities - Access to a range of wellbeing tools and services - Opportunity to make a significant impact in patient care and service delivery What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Lead advanced, autonomous clinical care for older adults living with frailty, including assessment, prescribing, and care planning - Act as a senior clinical leader, offering expert advice and driving quality improvement - Create a learning culture that supports professional development for nurses and students - Maintain accurate, timely documentation and care plans following NMC and governance standards - Oversee service delivery, ensuring patient and carer feedback is managed and addressed appropriately What is Required (Qualifications): - Registered Nurse with the NMC - Teaching qualification with recent experience of delivering training - Advanced history taking and physical examination with clinical reasoning qualification - Non-medical prescribing and leadership/management qualification - Minimum of 6 years post-registration experience at senior nurse/management level How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Masters and/or other higher degree - PhD or postgraduate diploma in Geriatric Medicine - Extensive experience of managing a team of nurses/AHPs - Proven experience of implementing major change initiatives in a clinical setting - Evidence of leading service improvement programmes across services and with multidisciplinary teams #CommunityHealth #NurseConsultant #Leadership #CareerDevelopment #PatientCare #FlexibleWorking "We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
