Negotiator Director

About the position As Negotiator Director at Dental Care Alliance (DCA), you'll be at the forefront of driving our company's growth and profitability through strategic payer negotiations. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on revenue growth while developing and maintaining critical relationships with insurance partners. The ideal candidate is a passionate negotiator who thrives in a dynamic environment and excels at securing optimal terms that enhance our pricing structures and market position. Responsibilities • Execute high-impact payer contract negotiations to secure optimal terms and rates that significantly enhance company profitability • Identify and capitalize on market-specific opportunities to strategically add or replace insurance plans • Conduct thorough market research to inform recommendations for improved payer relationships and contract terms • Collaborate closely with field leadership to maximize insurance participation across markets • Develop and maintain productive relationships with dental insurance plan representatives • Resolve complex provider-payer disputes effectively and diplomatically • Partner with the Insurance Plan Management team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets • Drive alignment with field and clinical leadership before implementing strategic initiatives • Communicate negotiation progress and outcomes concisely to executive leadership • Willingness to travel up to 25% when necessary Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (Master's preferred) • 10+ years of experience in payer relations, focusing on dental insurance reimbursement negotiations • Proven track record of successfully negotiating multimillion-dollar payer contracts • Comprehensive understanding of dental insurance industry trends and reimbursement models • Strong analytical abilities with skills to model negotiation scenarios in real-time • Demonstrated success in gaining stakeholder buy-in and aligning cross-functional teams • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex information clearly and concisely • Self-starter mentality with ability to work independently while knowing when to seek guidance Benefits • Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 • Additional Earning Potential: Performance-based bonus opportunities • Work Arrangement: Full-time remote position • Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, vision, retirement plans, and more Apply tot his job
