Job Description • Lead all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation. • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. • Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards. • Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams. The Successful Applicant • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management. • Proven experience with low, mid, or high-rise building projects. • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree a plus). • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. • Experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract administration. • OSHA 30 certification preferred. • PMP or CCM certification is a plus. • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
