Mid-Level Litigation Attorney-Remote
Mid-Level Litigation Attorney-Remote (U.S.) Seeking a mid-level litigation attorney to join a remote team handling complex state and federal litigation, including securities, regulatory, and commercial matters. This role offers substantive responsibility and hands-on case involvement. What Youll Do: • Manage matters across all phases of litigation • Draft motions (motions to dismiss, summary judgment, etc.) • Take and defend depositions • Support securities, financial services, and commercial litigation matters • Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis What Were Looking For: • 3+ years of litigation experience • Strong writing, research, and analytical skills • Experience with depositions and motion practice • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable • Comfortable working full-time in a remote environment Whats Offered: • Competitive salary ranging from $135K$175K • Bonus opportunities • 401(k) with match • Health & dental insurance • PTO and bonus opportunities • Meaningful work and growth potential Apply tot his job
