MBA Candidate Winter Investment Banking Analyst/Associate
Company Description Boutique M&A advisory firm focused on the consumer products sector Role Description This is a remote role for a current MBA candidate, preferably with past M&A experience at an Investment Bank or corporate . The Analyst/Associate will conduct industry research, evaluate financial statements, assist with due diligence processes, and prepare materials to support transaction execution. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and partnering with clients to execute complex financial transactions.
