MarketCall PPC Specialist Needed (Google + Microsoft Ads) — Experience Required - Contract to Hire

We are looking for an experienced PPC Specialist to manage and optimize our paid traffic campaigns for MarketCall offers (travel, real estate, insurance, etc.). This role requires strong skills in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and performance-driven optimization. A background in running MarketCall or other pay-per-call affiliate campaigns is a MAJOR plus. Responsibilities • Set up, manage, and optimize Google & Microsoft Ads campaigns • Build call-focused ad groups, extensions, and landing page alignment • Conduct keyword research + apply negative keywords • Track conversions (call duration, quality, and lead events) • Scale winning campaigns and reduce CPC while maintaining call quality • Provide short progress updates and recommendations Requirements • Strong experience with PPC (Google + Microsoft Ads) • Understanding of pay-per-call funnels and call tracking • Experience with affiliate networks like MarketCall, Ringba, or similar platforms (preferred) • Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues and improve campaign performance • Results-focused mindset Bonus Skills • Knowledge of travel, real estate, or service-based MarketCall offers • Experience with GA4, UET, Call tracking integrations (GTM/RedTrack/etc.) Schedule & Pay • Part-time / freelance • Flexible hours • Competitive pay based on experience If you have experience driving real, qualified calls and improving ROI in a performance-based environment, we’d love to hear from you.
