Manager of DevOps We are seeking a Manager of DevOps to lead and mature our DevOps practices across cloud platforms and delivery pipelines. This role blends hands-on technical expertise with strong business acumen and communication skills. The ideal candidate will partner closely with both technical and business stakeholders, define operational models and metrics, and proactively drive improvements across the software delivery lifecycle. This role is well-suited for someone who is hands-on today and positioned to grow into broader leadership responsibilities. • Key Responsibilities Lead DevOps operations across AWS and Azure cloud environments • Define and document end-to-end operational processes, including how systems are supported, monitored, and measured • Establish and track operational metrics and KPIs to measure performance, reliability, and efficiency • Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand business processes and translate them into operational and technical requirements • Proactively engage with business stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement • Ensure infrastructure, deployment, and operational practices align with business priorities and compliance standards • Contribute to the long-term DevOps strategy, with a clear path toward broader people and platform leadership • Required QualificationsStrong experience with DevOps practices in Azure environments • Proven hands-on experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines • Knowledge of Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, AAD/Entra ID). • Understanding of security, DLP, and compliance in Power Platform/Azure. • Dynamics 365 CRM knowledge. • Solid understanding of infrastructure, operations, and production support models. eg. ITIL • Ability to clearly communicate with both technical teams and non-technical business stakeholders • Strong understanding of business processes and how to map them to technology and operations • Experience defining operational models, processes, and performance metrics • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs and operational challenges • Experience leading or mentoring DevOps or platform engineering teams • Experience in Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries. • Exposure to governance, risk, or compliance considerations in cloud environments Apply tot his job
