We are hiring from within states where we are already operational; eligibility is restricted to: California, Idaho, Oregon, Texas, or Washington. We are looking for someone with proven technical and diagnostic ability who loves learning new things. Live support experience that spans multiple modes of support, such as email, chat, and phone, is valued. Starting pay: $40,000 / year + benefits This position offers full medical, dental, and vision benefits (single), starting after 90 days, and a Simple IRA plan with a matching 3% company contribution after the first year.
