Required Skills and Qualifications • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear and caring customer engagement. • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or chat support role. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced hybrid work environment. • Proficient in navigating chat support platforms, CRM systems, and office productivity tools. • Strong problem-solving abilities with a commitment to delivering solutions. • Detail-oriented and reliable, with a proactive approach to customer issues. • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
