This individual will design and deliver skills-based sales training programs that translate complex scientific information into engaging, impactful learning experiences. Requirements: · 5+ years of instructional design or learning content development experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices. · Proven ability to translate scientific and commercial concepts into clear, sales-focused training. · Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies. · Experience developing eLearning modules, presentations, workshops, and job aids for sales audiences. · Excellent writing and editing skills for adapting technical content to non-technical learners. · Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in life sciences training. Desired · Experience in agency or consulting settings. · Proficiency with LMS platforms and content development tools. · Knowledge of multimedia learning formats and interactive training. · Degree in life sciences, pharmacology, or a related field preferred. Responsibilities: · Develop customized training programs for life sciences sales teams. · Produce a range of deliverables including digital modules, workshops, case studies, and assessments. · Collaborate with sales training leaders to ensure content aligns with business goals and compliance standards. · Research and synthesize scientific and market information to inform training strategies. · Apply best practices to ensure learning is engaging, accurate, and regulatory-compliant. · Participate in client meetings and rollouts to support implementation.
