Design and develop innovative software solutions to support Mastercard's payment systems and services. Lead and manage a team of software engineers to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and promote a culture of continuous learning. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality and best practices. Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve and modernize our systems. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions. Ensure compliance with coding standards, security protocols, and other company policies. Participate in the recruitment and hiring process to build a strong and diverse team of software engineers. Act as a technical subject matter expert and provide guidance to other team members as needed. Drive innovation and contribute to the development of new products and services at Mastercard. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and management to provide project updates and address any issues or concerns.
