Knowledgeable Dispute Analyst for a Fintech Company (US hours)

We are seeking 3 experienced and detail-oriented Disputes Analysts to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Regulation E (Reg E) and Regulation Z (Reg Z), and hands-on experience managing chargebacks, force posts, and transaction disputes. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and navigating complex financial regulations, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: -Investigate and resolve disputes in compliance with Reg E and Reg Z guidelines. -Manage chargeback processes, including initiation, follow-up, and resolution. -Handle force post transactions and ensure proper reconciliation. -Work with Taba Pay systems to address disputes effectively. -Monitor and address authorization holds in a timely and accurate manner. -Communicate with customers, merchants, and financial institutions to gather documentation and clarify disputes. -Maintain thorough and accurate records of all dispute-related activities. Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices. Qualifications: -Proven experience in a disputes-related role within the financial or payments industry. -Strong knowledge of Reg E and Reg Z regulations. -Hands-on experience with chargebacks, force posts, and dispute processes. -Familiarity with Taba Pay and other payment processing platforms. -Experience managing authorization holds is a plus. -Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. -Strong written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For: - Experience in operations or data analysis, preferably in fintech or consumer startups. - Attention to detail. - Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy. - Strong written and oral communication skills in English. - Independent, self-starter, and capable of self-management. - Able to work remotely 40 hours a week, aligned with US Pacific Time. - Experience with CRM tools will be considered an advantage.
