Junior Data Analyst (Remote)

The Junior Data Analyst will support the development and administration of analytical products, reporting metrics, and security controls to drive informed decision-making. This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and eager to learn while contributing to the development of security analytics processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on experience in data management, analysis, and automation initiatives in a collaborative and innovative environment. Accountabilities • Support the creation, update, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and system documentation related to analytical products and reporting packages. • Organize and maintain a comprehensive Metrics & Reporting inventory. • Ensure successful delivery of metrics and reporting projects on time and to quality standards. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategy, decision-making, and security initiatives. • Assist with automation maturity efforts and research security platform systems and processes. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on internal policies, procedures, and analytics practices. • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed established goals, including scheduling and facilitating meetings as needed. • High School diploma/GED with 2+ years of administrative support experience, or equivalent education/experience. • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R Studio, and SQL. • Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources. • Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain risks, analysis, and technical concepts clearly. • Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks. • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with technical and business teams. • Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. • Flexible remote working arrangements. • Professional development opportunities and mentorship. • Exposure to cybersecurity analytics and enterprise security operations. • Collaborative, innovative, and supportive work environment. • Health, wellness, and retirement benefits (as applicable).
