YouTube Thumbnail Expert for High-Impact, Click-Worthy Designs

We’re looking for a talented YouTube Thumbnail Designer who knows how to stop the scroll. Our brand produces high-quality, short-form and long-form content on parenting, personal growth, faith, and business. We run multiple YouTube channels and are looking for a thumbnail expert who understands click-through rate psychology, bold visual storytelling, and clean premium design. This is not just about Photoshop skills — we want someone who: • Understands how thumbnails drive CTR • Has studied top-performing creators and thumbnail trends • Can create bold, clean, emotionally compelling images • Can work within our brand’s visual style What We Need: • 3-5 thumbnails per month (may scale up) • Fast turnaround • Photoshop or equivalent layered file delivery • A/B variations when requested • Ability to interpret video content and pull key facial expressions or action shots Our Ideal Candidate: • Proven experience designing high-performing YouTube thumbnails • Strong portfolio (please include your top 5) • Obsessed with YouTube trends and emotional contrast • Understands how to match visuals to different audience types (parents, entrepreneurs, etc.) • Comfortable taking feedback and iterating quickly Bonus Points If You: • Have experience in faith-based or educational content • Can do light retouching or compositing • Have motion graphics experience for Shorts thumbnails To Apply: 1.
