With a fast-moving, creative, and international team of 2,000+ talents, 40+ projects in 20 languages, and 2 billion subscribers worldwide, we continue to grow rapidly. 2,000+ employees 70+ countries Job responsibilities: • Executive Hiring: Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle for senior and executive roles, attracting top leadership talent. • Team Coordination: Oversee daily operations of the recruitment team, ensuring smooth collaboration with HRBPs and alignment with the company’s growth objectives. • Strategy Development: Work closely with HRBPs and HR management to develop recruitment strategies that support our scaling needs. • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior recruiters, enhancing their skills and performance. • Reporting & Analytics: Provide recruitment metrics and data-driven insights to management for informed decision-making. Requirements: • Hands-on experience (4-7 years max) in recruitment, including senior and executive-level hiring. • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, guide, and manage a recruitment team. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Strong organisational and coordinating skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong language knowledge: At least B2 level in English and Russian • A proactive and solutions-driven mindset when facing recruitment challenges.
