About the Role
We're seeking a talented Web & UI Designer with proven expertise in Webflow and Shopify to join our remote team. In this role, you'll design and build visually compelling, high-performing websites that blend modern design principles with conversion optimization. Responsibilities
• Design and build visually compelling, high-performing websites using Webflow and Shopify
• Create intuitive UI/UX experiences that improve engagement and conversion rates
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to bring brand visions to life
• Optimize websites for mobile responsiveness, speed, and SEO best practices
• Maintain design consistency across client and agency properties
• Execute website updates, landing pages, and redesign projects as needed
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of professional web and UI design experience
• Demonstrated experience building websites for CPG brands and/or digital agencies
• Strong portfolio showcasing live Webflow and Shopify projects
• Deep understanding of UI/UX, layout, typography, and conversion-focused design
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
• Experience designing for eCommerce brands
• Familiarity with CRO (conversion rate optimization) strategies
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience collaborating with marketing or growth teams
